We - and I believe everyone here - were very impressed with your food and its presentation. The evening went beautifully with the delicious food and the manner in which it was served. You were so "right on" about not using plates -no mess,no spill, etc. I will remember this in the future and will certainly use you again. I don't have as many events as I used to have but always enjoy doing it when I agree to it. But......we ARE sort of tired now. But your clean-up was excellent and so was the Dominican help. Thanks for everything.
