Hi Mark,
We all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner last night! You made it very
special by showing us new techniques and dishes. Everything was
beautiful and delicious. And we marvelled at how nice it was that you
cleaned up so unobtrusively. You answered all our questions and served
the food so beautifully. What a treat to have such an experienced and
friendly chef come to our home.
